For this four week asynchronous course, learners will embark on different musical instruments by exploring different musical instruments and their families each week. Learners do not need to have prior musical experience to enjoy this class.
The links for the weekly lesson videos will be posted on the classroom page, along with learners using Kahoot for more interactive fun with each other. Learners will also be given a print-out of “journal entries” of each instrument and maps for each instrument family to explore with as well. Learners each week will share on the classroom page which instrument was their favorite for the week with one of their journal entries as well. There will also be excerpts of “Peter and the Wolf” at the end of each lesson as a fun way to associate real animals with different instruments as well!
